EyeT+Inspect is a combined 2D/3D vision system that integrates with any robot for high end quality inspection. The robots manipulates the piece in front of the device and gets throughly scanned with its dual laser technology.
Usually these products are running on a conveyor belt part of a production line and the scanning cycle is fully automated.
This process optimizes the production line by automatically discarding non-compliant pieces and gathering info and stars on detected flaws. It saves time and costs.

Smart Inspect 3D
EyeT+ Inspect is fully integrated with Smart Inspect 3D: its software counterpart.
This software is easily set-up according to the client’s needs and paramenters and it is able to supply detailed stats and information about the production line and the quality control process.
Smart Inspect 3D quickly recognize the flaws and intuitively shows location and/or size of detected error, according to the type of control it is set-up to perform.
EyeT+ InBox is a turn-key device, able to quickly evaluate the quality of a single or assembled piece.
This device combines traditional 2D for surface checks with innovative 3D developed for shape-related checks. EyeT+ InBox is able to perform several different checks in a few seconds, ranging from quality of plastic moulding to completeness of shapes.
EyeT+ InBox comes in two different versions:
BT-20: For smaller checks (<1mm)
BT-15: For larger checks (>1mm)
User Interface is flexible, customizable and re-configurable according to different specific needs.
