Quality control
Quality Visual Inspection is a software capable of detecting defects on items coming out of the production line.
The software was originally developed for analysing imperfections in glass bottles of complex shape, but can also be employed on objects made of several other materials, thanks to the advanced artificial vision techniques that are employed.
By mixing appropriate illumination and acquisition systems, ad-hoc hardware, and cutting edge artificial vision algorithms, it is possible to obtain real-time systems that can be placed along the production line.
In the current configuration the system is able to analyse up to 200 items per minute.
