WorkCellSimulator
WorkCellSimulator is a product specifically developed for automated working cells where manipulators are present. This software embeds CAM functionalities, that are capable of generating the machine code for the automated components of the system. WorkCellSimulator is capable of automatically migrating from the virtual simulation environment to the real execution inside the working cell without requiring additional steps.
The software is composed of 4 main applications:
- Component Editor: creates the components to be inserted into the working cell.
- Workcell Editor: creates the simulated working cell.
- Simulator: creates the chronological sequence of the simulation: it generates the trajectories of the system components by adopting state-of-the-art motion planning and artificial intelligence algorithms.
- Robot Code Compiler: creates the machine code, thus bringing to reality what have been simulated. Moreover, the software enables the user to edit the code, that can be then sent to the machine.

- Manipulators for packaging applications,
- robots for sorting applications,
- machinery for laser cutting, and similar.
